Ingredients:

12 Jalapenos (try to pick really nice firm ones)

Your favorite cream cheese 12 ounces

A pound of bacon (cut strips in half)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash the jalapenos and cut in half length wise. Clean all of the seeds and stem off the jalapeno. Fill jalapeno with cream cheese. Take a piece of bacon and simply wrap around the jalapeno. Put on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Keep checking them, I like mine well done and crispy.

Put on platter and watch these gluten free bacon wrapped jalapeno appetizers disappear! For another taste next time try adding cheddar cheese in place of cream cheese or ground meat!
