Yesterday I blew it...

Yesterday I went out to my honey's favorite restaurant Texa's Roadhouse and really went off the deep end- remember I don't claim to be perfect!

I had the hot, fluffy white rolls with cinnamon butter, mushrooms drowned in some kind of teriyaki sauce (gluten!!!) and gasp! Birthday cake NON GLUTEN FREE!

Well let me tell you it was fun going down but sooooo not worth it.

Within a short while after eating I was ready for bed and this morning I could barely get out of bed (when your body isn't used to gluten anymore and you re-introduce it, it REALLY can affect you negatively.

I had bad stomach growls and hunger pains soon after getting up too.

Bottom line- its never worth cheating!
